Working out: so, last November, I decided to take advantage of the health club at Adobe. At first I poked around with a couple colleagues and didn't make it regularly. A couple months ago I asked the trainer to work up a weight-machine program, and since then I've been doing it regularly. This is in addition to the 30 miles a week Linda and I jog and walk.
Results have been good: I've lost an inch around my waist and I have never had better muscle tone, at least in middle age. I've managed to lose 5 pounds, mainly by watching my diet and I feel good. So... if you work for a company with a gym, take advantage...
