Developed products, interactive Web site and innovative permission marketing program. Managed sales force and marcom staff.

* Grew monthly Web services sales from $40,000 to $485,000 in 13 months
* Developed Web Team[trademark], a subscription-based product unique in the Web services industry

Responsible for extending 'Think Different' campaign to D&P markets in North America, Pacific Rim and Western Europe. As a spokesperson, was keynote speaker at numerous industry events, widely quoted on air, in magazines, newspapers and trade press.

Under publisher Will Hearst, led the Examiner's foray into new technology and new media - converting the Examiner from conventional to digital imaging and page makeup - the first US newspaper to do so. Launched Examiner.com, the 4th U.S. newspaper Web site in 1994. Helped launch sfgate.com.
