Motor Court, Westin Harbour Castle Hotel, Toronto

Toronto Harbour Went jogging just at dawn this AM, and was greeted by many amusing sights. I met a walker with a tiny, and enthusiastic terrier puppy (the pup moved too fast for the camera in the early morning light). The sun lit one side of CN Tower in a warm glow, and made the tall ship, left, a study in light and shadow.

Biggest surprise was the magic wrought in the Westin’s motor court (above) by a streaming sun mixed with tiles, lights and a reflective ceiling, glimpsed as I returned to the hotel. It’s about 20 degrees cooler, and much less humid than was NYC last week

Yeah, the motor court picture is particularly striking. If it was on Flickr, I’d be favouriting it right now. (That last sentence seems to be becoming a bit of a catchphrase for me.)
