Hiatus on hiatus (at least tonight)

Another day of poking, prodding and waiting in San Jose, Los Gatos and San Francisco. I feel better tonight, so thought I’d try to get Google’s Writely working as a front end editor for this blog. Took a little fussing to understand how it works and where WordPress keeps things, but now it appears we’re good to go, sort of. It’s kind of therapeutic to do something that keeps my mind off its current issues. We haven’t figured out how to get the title on the post, or all the tags to show up, but good first hack. I’m curious how tightly Picassa will integrate: you’d have a full lightweight publishing system for HTML and blogs (that can also be saved as PDF, .ods and .doc as well as HTML).Â We still reserve the right to take a few days off…
