Cassie and I hopped up this morning, sent the lithe Linda speeding off on her jog, and then did our new routine, a 1.83 mile walk (passing some very pretty oaks silhouetted against a pre-dawn sky) before I settled in for an 8 AM Acrobat Connect/phone meeting with colleagues in Noida, India and Seattle, Washington.
