Bookends

Sunset, as seen from the glassed in front of Carpaccio, our neighborhood hangout on Crane Street, makes a nice bookend for the sunrise pic. below. I worked pretty productively at World HQ from 8 AM until 12:30, when Mr. Fatigue kind of knocked me down until Dr. appts started at 3:30, followed by an early dinner. We’ve been having bad leg cramps at night (just what we need, on top of all else) that can keep me up for hours (and which doesn’t help the fatigue situation). So last couple nights we’ve found that stretctching exercise, and taking a vitamin and calcium pill in the PM before bed have helped minimize the cramps. Yay. Sleep…
