Linda’s fun weekend birthday ‘kidnapping’ included walking on the beach and watching alll the ‘Classic California’ activities like the surf scene. I was amazed at how many gray-haired – and female – surfers there were. It was very pleasant walking the beaches – temperatures were in the 70s and 80s. Cassie the dog and I could make our way, sometimes with Linda, and other times on our own while Linda jogged…
