the stack, redux

So, there’s a new item on my ‘Get Things Done‘ to-do list: re-start Get Things Done. Yes, I hate to admit it, but I have been a back-slider, and a new stack of ignored papers et al. has quietly grown on the desk.

This morning I updated my Ghost Action to-do list, and actually got through a few pieces in the stack: so we’re on a journey back to better organization, hopefully.

Part of the problem was that I re-orged the p2 (Paperless Project) virtual in-box to have a bit more structure - in the hopes of making next year’s taxes a little easier to cope with. I got stuck there, France trip came along, work got complicated, and, well, I just didn’t keep up. And, it’s actually worse, not keeping up. So we’re trying to get back to our previous state…
