Linda’s in Chicago this weekend, visiting friend Cindy Engdahl, and I’m baching it (or, actually, Cassie and I are). Thursday, I managed to move our WiFi router to a spot atop a tall armoir. It’s the kind of thing that used to be easy, but takes a little planning and care when you’re dealing with steroid-induced mobility issues et al.
Anyway, we got the thing moved and wired back into the network, and now our secure wireless network reliably extends to the garden, where I’m sitting now with a cup of coffee, a G4 laptop and the Leica M8. We snapped the photo above, moved it onto the G4 and voila, instant, nerdy, illustrated post from le jardin. After I post this I’ll see if I can get KFOG’s Saturday 10-at-10 marathon to stream to the G4…
