Here’s my first cut at placing it on the blog. Trying a hack…

Hmmm… not so good in the body. Sidebar… that’s better….

Why is there so many widgets on your blog. I think you have put it in the post footer instead of sidebar :) . Now you have a widget after every post

I work for Minekey and our widget can be implemented several ways, all depending on how a blogger wants to share recommendations to their readers. So technically it can be placed anywhere on the site so on the sidebar and/or underneath an individual post.

So for my personal blog, I have implemented two widgets one in my sidebar where I am recommending content from all the blogs that I read. And then underneath my individual posts, I am recommending content from just my own blog. You can see the implementation here: http://www.rajivdoshi.com/2007/08/02/exciting-day-for-minekey-with-funding-and-coverage/

Feel free to email me if you have any questions or feedback: rajiv at minekey.com

I think we need a new look and feel for gulker.com: I’d like to go back to the old days of higher-frequency, more bleeding-edge posts… incorporating features like minekey and possibly other services should be a design consideration in gulker.com 2.0.

The current look and feel is OK for the sleepier, more personal sort of blog we’ve been keeping these last couple years.
