Somewhere along the line, Mac OS X’s autoupdate feature has updated my Macs to a not very happy state. Both my Dual G5 and Core Duo Mini have gone into ‘beach-ball’ hung states, recently, and the fax receive of my single-processor G5 has stopped working properly (a real pity, since it parks received faxes on .Mac, where they’re easy to get to).
