So, one of my projects hs been to move my health logs from paper to a spreadsheet, in this case Apple’s ‘Numbers‘ app in iWork ‘08. At the moment I’m just collecting the data from various notes and sources, but I’m hoping eventually to build some math into the spreadsheet that will result in nice, clear graphics output, so I can track exercise, drug intake etc. against how well I feel. We’re a little wobbly this AM after a  pretty good week… cancer just has this variability about it…

    That probably does what you want, but you might look at the nascent open source medical record applications intended for medical practices. While they are complex and overkill as well as insufficiently productised so far, they are of course free.

    We need effective ways of displaying events and (lab) results, outcomes, medication etc, and widening the circle of users to include individuals does no harm.
