Blueberry pancakes

So, Linda’s in NYC, and I decided to use the opportunity for a little treat. Linda’s been really good about keeping me on an oncologically-correct diet with lots of fish, vegetables and other healthy stuff. There’s also the issue that 12 months of high-dosage steroid therapy has left me 20 pounds overweight, despite being careful about calorie intake.

Anyway, I ’saved up’ a 1500-calorie deficit over the last 3 days, and made myself blueberry pancakes for breakfast this AM, complete with real Vermont maple syrup. Num…
