Intended for India’s market, the Tata ‘people’s car’ will likely be the first car for many in India’s emerging middle class. For all the money and prosperity in Asia, it’s disappointing to see them investing it in the same ancient gasoline technology they’ve used for 50 years. The people’s Tuk Tuk doesn’t even have pollution controls.
