Krawler is a robotic ‘home inspection’ platform developed by Pacific Parallel Research, which firm also supplies a ‘robot ready’ Cocoa Toolkit to bring real world robot development to the Macintosh.’
Operating over a 802.11/g wireless link, Krawler can send 30 frames a second of video and other data. The kit includes the software, a Macintosh Cocoa objects library and the sturdy, aluminum 6-wheel drive Krawler robot.

The S.F. Chronicle weighed in with its speculation on Macworld mysteries this morning, and appears to have arrived at (surprise!) the same conclusions as most rumor sites – iTunes movie rentals and maybe a slim new laptop. The Chron used to have a really good Mac writer – Henry Norr – but nowadays just kind of follows the lead of Mac blogs… Full Disclosure reminder…
