Today was UCSF ‘workout Wednesday’ with a twist… I’m starting a Cybex machine regimen to help strengthen my right (’normal’) side. As my natural steroid production returns, my therapist wants to increase my strength - so now I have programs for both the left, neuronally-challenged and right, steroid-weakened sides. I took a nap afterwards and woke up really stiff…
