We’re back from L.A., where we had an awful lot of fun. We could have blogged from there via the iPhone had I managed to remember the correct string to get to WordPress’ post function. The Herald Examiner gathering was great, and I caught up with dozens of old colleagues. The icing on the cake was chauffeur service provided by dear friends Carla and Bill McMoran. I also took along my copy of William Gibson’s Spook Country, which is partially set on Hollywood Boulevard, not far from where I stayed…
