Hot times in the Bay Area

Linda’s in Leaward, Kansas this evening, meeting with exotic fauna and, yes, watching the Giants play the Royals with girlhood friend Alice Carrott.  At game time (4pm in Menlo, 6 pm in Kansas) it was hotter in Menlo Park than in Kansas City. As I write, it’s still 80 degrees in my garden… maybe Al  Gore is onto something…?

    And that’s including the 2% increases in sales tax & 400% increase in energy prices since the 1988 heat waves. Good luck with the carbon taxes.

    Wait! Linda was in KC to see the Royals this weekend?! So was I!!!!!

    Hope she got the Alex Gordon bobblehead. ;)
