A ‘dash’ through Baylands

None of our usual Baylands companions, neither cormorant nor egret nor blue heron were around today, so I had to make do with this snap of the ‘pole forest’ and a couple of joggers.
I did manage two new personal bests: I walked the 1.8 mile loop in an hour and 10 minutes (10 minutes faster than my last outing), and I walked the whole distance without the cane. We continue to be rewarded for our daily ‘Heidi’ workouts with improving mobility… photo of moi by Linda Hubbard Gulker…

Chris - I am constantly pleased and impressed with your progress and attitude. You are my inspiration through tough physical / medical times. My Linda and I decided to go while we can, so we are traveling the Tahitian Islands, taking lots of pics, and being as active as possible - snorkeling mostly as that is easiest on my back, neck, and brain and a most enjoyable exercise. While she is checking her emails, I had to check in on you - keep on setting those personal bests!
Lonn- kind words, thank you… have fun!
