My personal Olympics

We don’t have an extravagant, multimedia opening event planned, but the Gulker Olympics continue. In today’s event, the 2-mile stop sign dash, we achieved a new personal best at 1 hour, 5 minutes, shaving 5 minutes off the old record. This was the first time I did the whole distance without a cane, and I also walked solo, sans ‘rabbit.’ While disappointed that I didn’t crack the 1-hour mark, I note that our time - 32 minutes out, 33 minutes back - shows much-improved endurance, especially on the left side. Many thanks to Scott and Tiger Lily for the twice-weekly workouts - they’re paying off…

Chris,
Great to see you out in the wild this morning and to hear about the good progress in bringing down the time!
