Lawn sprinkler catches the morning light

A sprinkler on our front lawn made an interesting display as it caught the morning light. I snapped the picture on the way back from my usual Tuesday 1.4 mile walk (this time solo - Scott is traveling). After navigating some downtown chores, I settled in to read Linda’s blog and her warm memorial for cousin Kelly Eddie, who died yesterday afternoon of pancreatic cancer, aged 45. Kelly leavers her husband Jim and children Emily and Will. Losing a close relative at such a relatively young age is hard, and losing her to cancer, for this family, is doubly hard. I liked Linda’s thought of remembering Kelly on a ‘good hair day’…

    Blog posts are getting fewer & lesser everywhere. Maybe blogs are losing their charm or maybe less energy is turning into less human activity.
