We had enough time before boarding the plane home this  morning to have breakfast at Stanley’s and beignets at Cafe du Monde. Here in Denver, with a near 3-hour layover, I took the opportunity to walk a lap of the United terminal, which turned out to be 1.5 miles. I did it in 30 minutes…
