One small hiccup in our return to normalcy after the month in France, was the abrupt disappearance of our favorite radio program, KFOG’s Ten at 10 hosted by longtime San Francisco DJ Dave Morey.
Dave retired from KFOG late last year, but assured Fogheads that Ten at 10 would continue from his home studio in Michigan. Now that financially-troubled Cumulus, KFOG’s owner, has dropped Morey, we find ourselves adrift (but listening frequently to Radio Paradise, thanks to a tip from Scott).
Meanwhile the estimable Mr. Morey (a truly great DJ, IMHO) is said to be broadcasting a pirate radio signal (station WTF) with a range of about 20 miles, from his Michigan home. Dave, we need to get you on the Internet… please contact me, or your local geek so we can put WTF where the world can get to it…

I couldn’t agree more about Dave Morey, Chris. He’s the best DJ I’ve ever run across, and 10@10 the best music program. KFOG sent out a mailing assuring us listeners that Annalisa, who’s taking over the program, would keep things close to Dave’s original format, and I’m trying to remain optimistic. But getting Mr. Morey on the internet would be fantastic if you can pull it off. Good luck!
