We’re off to Hudson, Ohio tomorrow for two reasons: my (gulp) 40th high school reunion, and the opening of my first photo exhibit in a long time (more than 20 years).
The exhibit “Portfolio 1976-1989” (there’s also a PDF catalog available) is a look back at my two-speed newspaper career: early years spent chasing news items, later years focused on feature work (as seen in the unpublished illustration ‘Lace,’ above). The exhibit is hung in the Moos Gallery (art teacher Bill Moos taught me photography in 1968) of the Knight Fine Arts Center. We’re staying with dear friend Leslie Graham… should be a lot of fun…

Chris – That’s fantastic regarding your exhibit – congratulations! I look forward to attending your Bay Area premiere – Ohio is a long drive.
We may try to figure out a Bay Area venue when we get back….
are you going to post live video from your show? i can’t make it…but wish i could. let me know if you take it on a nationwide tour…or maybe we can connect when you return to the bay area. warmest, gary
Not sure about live video, Gary, but maybe we can do a little canned ‘footage’…
