“Apple could shock the naysayers”

Apple is a ‘buy’, according to Fortune. At $140 or so, 30% off December’s high around $200, it seems a bargain to some. Last time there was a slowdown, Apple came up with the iPod…

Macworld style

The New York Times has an interesting half page of photos of Macworld stylistas today. I especially like the yellow Mohawk…

Is MacBook Air the Cube 2.0?

Crave thinks so. “Overpriced and underconfigured” is how they (CNET) described the original Cube.
I’m the proud owner of a G4 Cube, which is currently in near-daily use here at gulker.com I love the design, though concur that it was expensive, which seems to be an Apple flaw - assuming that people will buy well-designed technology [...]

I guess that anytime there are some 130 million copies of something floating around in the market, a large opportunity presents itself to accessorize. If you only get 1% of that market, you’ll still be [...]

Macworld: MacBook Air first look

The MacBook Air is so slim… mainly because it comes without a lot of things, besides an optical drive.
For one thing, the battery is ‘integrated’, meaning you can’t change it. No spare batteries for long flights or business trips. If you’re flying coach, spare batteries are handy - there’s no power jack in coach [...]
